One&Only Royal Mirage is a five-star resort on Jumeirah Beach with Arabian Court and The Residence open for stays, while The Palace remains closed for renovation. It suits couples and families (in Arabian Court) who want a classic One&Only beach resort with gardens, a long private beach and a quieter feel than Palm mega-resorts.
Arabian Court Deluxe Rooms are about 50m² plus terrace, with Executive and Prince Suites about 125 to 145m². The Residence is oriented to adults, with Prestige Rooms about 58m² and suites from about 85m². The Palace closure is expected to run through late 2027 or early 2028 (ask us for the latest reopening guidance). Dubai International Airport is about 25 to 35 minutes by road.

Bookable accommodation is currently Arabian Court (Deluxe Rooms, Executive Suites and Prince Suites) and The Residence (Prestige Rooms, Junior Suites, Executive Suites and Rooftop Suites). The Palace rooms and suites are not available while that wing renovates. Expect a terrace or outdoor space, air conditioning, minibar, tea and coffee and a flat-screen TV. Ask us which wing suits your travelling party.
Dining in the open wings includes Arabian Court restaurants and The Residence Dining Room, with beach and pool dining. Ask us for the current restaurant list on your dates, as outlets shift with the renovation programme.
