Bahamas

The Bahamas is one of the best-known destinations in the Caribbean, and with good reason. With around 700 islands stretching east from Florida, you will never run out of new places to visit and explore. The Bahamas are famous for the relaxed approach to life exhibited by the locals, and it doesn’t take long for visitors to catch on and leave their worries behind.
Nassau, the capital city, is a lively spot with a great nightlife, and cultural activities to keep you busy during the day. Check out the straw market and Fort Fincastle, and then explore the city’s nefarious past at the Pirates of Nassau Museum.
The beaches are the real attraction of the Bahamas, and it’s worth visiting Eleuthera and Freeport for some of the best. You might also want to dive at Victory Reef or one of the many other fantastic spots, or perhaps visit the incredibly deep and clear Blue Holes in the outer islands.
